Mormon Trail Community Schools is accepting sealed bids on the following items:
Lot #1 - 2002 GMC 2500 4X4 Crew Cab Duramax diesel truck with approximately 180,000 miles.
Lot #2 - 7.5' Hiniker snow plow with controls.
Lot #3 - 2002 GMC 2500 4X4 Crew Cab Duramax diesel truck with approximately 180,000 miles INCLUDING the w/5' Hiniker snow plow with controls.
Lot #4 - 2011 Gravely Pro Turn 60 mower w/850 hours (approximately).
Bids must be submitted to the front office no later than 12:00pm noon on November 11th, 2024. All bids must be sealed and include the lot number, description of the item being bid on, and the bidders name and contact information including phone number. Payment and possession is required within 5 business days from notification of winning bid(s) unless otherwise arranged by the buyer and Maintenance Director.
For the GMC truck and Hiniker snow blade, bids will be taken as separate units as well as both (lots #1 and #2) combined, with the highest total bid declared the winner. We reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids. All items are sold as-is with no warranty. Inspections of any item prior to the bid due date will be arranged with Maintenance Director, Tim Swan by calling the school at (641)877-2521 or tswan@mormontrailcsd.org.
